Low Fat Beef Pot Roasr

It was good but had too much onion. For those with GERD, it is bad. Otherwise, good flavor & portion.

The pot roast was mush, as if it had been put through a food processor. The cauliflower mash was strong smelling and had an overpowering taste. The whole meal, with the exception of the carrots, had a sour taste to it. That could have come from the cauliflower mash. Certainly wasn't tasty.

Wanted it to be better.

I noticed an acrid flavor in the potatoes, kind of bitter, then I realized it was cauliflower which was fine but the flavor was not ok. The beef I had hoped would have some bite to it. It was soggy and with the help of a tiny pinch of salt flavorful. The carrots were a hit for me.
